Dana and his wife Bridget are both natives of Chicago. They've been married 27 years and have three adult children and a son in law. Dana is an ordained minister and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Dubuque, and a Masters of Art in Urban Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Prior to God calling him into full time ministry, Dana worked for Anderson Pest Control as Sales Manager. He served as the Executive Director for Sunshine Gospel Ministry in Chicago, Illinois for 5 years and from 2001 to 2013 served as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer for Kids Across America Camps in Branson, Missouri. Dana is a sought out church and conference speaker. He has been the keynote speaker for Men At The Cross Men’s Ministry, and have lead numerous seminars, conferences, and workshops across the country. He has served on numerous boards such as; Men at The Cross National Men's Ministry, Kanakuk Institute, Urban K-Life, Kids Across America, and Stoney Creek Ranch Camp. He was recently named Executive Director for The FORGE for Families.
Beth Williams Lee has served at The FORGE for Families as Director of Development sense May 2013. Her responsibilities include; fundraising, special events, community relations and awareness.
Beth is a native Houstonian. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Texas, in Austin, she worked as a recruiting coordinator for Vinson and Elkins, and later Mayor, Day, Caldwell & Keeton.
Children are her passion! Beth has participated in Houston’s Philanthropic Community by serving on various boards such as Texas Children’s Cancer Hospital, M.D. Anderson’s Advance Team, and Arrow Child and Family Ministries. She has volunteered and spear headed other projects within her family church and school along with consulting several non-profit start -ups.
Beth and her three children are members of Second Baptist Church, Houston. In her free time she enjoys visiting her children in college and rooting on their college Football Teams, playing tennis and hugging on our children at The FORGE!
Tommie Florence has served as Director of Operations for the FORGE for Families since June 2007. His responsibilities include coordinating the annual operational budget development, financial reporting and budget control, human resource administration, and facilities management. As Director of Operations, Tommie draws on his years of experience in operations and ministry to help the FORGE achieve its mission.
Tommie was born and raised in Hinds County, Mississippi. After receiving a degree in Mathematics from Jackson State University in 1975, he moved to Houston, Texas to take a job with Shell Oil Company. In 1983 he received an MBA from the University of Houston with an emphasis in Management Information Systems.
Most of his time at Shell Oil Company was spent in Information Technology, where he gained significant experience in computer applications support and data center operations. During his 28 years with Shell he served as a Corporate Auditor, Corporate Recruiter, Manager Transaction Processing at the Shell Oil Credit Card Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Manager of the Houston Data Center Operations.
After retiring from Shell in 2003, Tommie became certified to teach high school math and was a classroom teacher in the Pearland (Texas) Independent School District for three school years. During his last year at Pearland High School, he led the textbook selection committee for the selection of the new Mathematical Models textbook.
Tommie is a member of the Body of Christ and worships at First Church of Christ Holiness in Houston, Texas. Over the years he has served as Superintendent of the Sunday School, Coordinator of the Prison Ministry, and is currently on the Deacon Board. He has also served the National Convention of the Church of Christ Holiness in several capacities: Financial Secretary, Treasurer, Budget Committee Vice Chairman, and Church Health Consultant.
Tommie has been married to his wife, Deborah, for 40 years. They have a son, two daughters and three grandchildren.
Bridget Thomas- She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Roosevelt University, and is currently working on her Masters of Arts in Urban Ministry at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. She has been involved in ministry for more than 25 years, and spent the past 10 years serving as the Senior Women’s Director at Kids Across America Camp; a Christian sports camp focused on ministering to urban youth and their youth workers. Prior to moving to Branson, she taught 5th grade for 3 years at Calvary Academy Christian School in South Holland, Illinois. She is a contributing devotional writer for Crossway Publishers Urban Bible, and is a frequent speaker at retreats, seminars, and conferences. She is passionate about seeing lives transformed by the power of the Gospel, education, and family. She is a native of Chicago, have been married for 27 years, and have three grown children and a son in law. She was recently named the Director of Education here at The FORGE.
Before becoming a member of The FORGE team as the Program Director, Antoine served as a camp director for Kids Across America. He was the first KAA camper to become a director and he spent 9 years leading teams of college students in impacting the lives of inner-city youth. At Kids Across America he honed his skills in developing programs and curriculum conducive to the mission of the organization. He has also been a seminar leader with Men at the Cross and keynote speaker for church camps. Antoine is a graduate of the Kanakuk Bible Institute and is furthering his education in Psychology. He is a native of Cincinnati, OH, has been married to his wife, Chantel, for 8 years and they have two children. His passions include, family, Biblical manhood, community and music. Antoine is excited about serving inner city Houston through The FORGE.

Porsche White was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She moved to Houston in 2004 to further her education. She attended the University of Houston-Downtown and attained a degree in Business Management.
With this, Porsche began working at the FORGE in June of 2009. She has held many different positions at the FORGE over the past three years. Formerly the Female Program Assistant, Porsche is now the Education Assistant. She really enjoys working with the kids who are involved in the FORGE’s after-school program. She loves getting to see the FORGE’s participants grow and change personally and spiritually during their time of involvement.
Family is of utmost importance to Porsche. She has a large family and loves them to death. She makes it a point to talk to and see them regularly. Porsche is also a very competitive person and likes to play games! Recently, Porsche tried out painting, and she has discovered a new hobby that she really loves!
