HIS HOOPS & P-31 VOLLEYBALL

CLUB VOLLEYBALL

In 2018 we launched our P-31 club volleyball program, a competitive club volleyball experience with advanced individual and team instruction. The team participates in tournaments throughout Houston and the region, enabling players to compete against elite players and teams nationally. The purpose of the P-31 program is to create a platform to form discipleship relationships with young ladies in our community. The primary objective is the spiritual development of each player, emphasized through daily Bible study that focus on the core values of the P-31 program: passion, excellence, accountability, and humility. Each month we hone in on one of these values, and talk about what that means to be a godly woman in the context of daily life. In order to gain remain eligible for game time, players are required to participate in these Bible studies, along with daily tutorials in math and reading. For our tutorials, we utilize customized learning tools for each individual player to help them learn how to maximize their strengths and improve their areas of weakness.
